  • How does the process work?

The process starts with us sending a hygienist to do an infrared camera inspection to see inside the walls. They will then provide us with a protocol that we go over with the homeowner. We will then pack you up, distributing which belongings you'd like to stay with you and which you'd like to go to storage. Once the place is cleaned, we start the remediation process by putting up zip walls to seal off the places that don't need it. We'll then cut the wall to make sure we remove everything that's needed. Once we remove the bad material, we clean the studs. Once the wood is cleaned, it needs to be dried. We will then rebuild the wall and have the hygienist come back and retest. If everything comes back clear, the customer can come back to their home. We'll then help you move back in. According to ComfyLiving, 70% of homes have mold. If your home has suffered from mold, turn to the pros. We are known as one of the best mold remediation companies.
